The Important Stuff 🐾

The Enrichment Club is a monthly recurring membership. Your membership will automatically renew each month at the price shown at checkout using your selected payment method until you cancel.

You can cancel anytime through the cancellation method provided with your membership. Your membership and benefits will remain active through the end of your current paid membership period, and you will not be charged for another month after your cancellation takes effect.

Membership payments are nonrefundable and are not prorated for partial membership periods, except where required by law.

Your complimentary Puppy Pour is available once per membership period at participating Echo’s Treats events and locations, subject to availability. Monthly benefits reset with each new membership period. Unused benefits do not roll over and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.

VIP Facebook group access is included while your membership is active. Access may be removed when your membership ends.

Some perks, tastings, products, events, and special offers may be limited by availability, location, season, or participating event.

As the Enrichment Club grows, we may occasionally update its perks, participating locations, pricing, or other membership details. If a material change affects your membership, we’ll provide notice before it takes effect when required by law.

Membership benefits are intended for the enrolled member and their pup and are not transferable unless otherwise noted.

By purchasing an Enrichment Club membership, you agree to the recurring monthly charge, automatic renewal, cancellation terms, and membership details above.
